The fund’s investment objective is to provide an alternative investment opportunity offering to qualified investors interested in a non-traditional asset for long-term portfolio growth and diversification. This allows our investors to directly own well-managed real estate without taking the risk of paying off a loan in the event of a default while leveraging the tax efficiencies of depreciation.
