Private Equity Funds Under Management

The LCM portfolio contains multiple funds comprised of diversified commercial real estate holdings, with a focus on commercial properties. Since February 2014, we’ve successfully created and managed eight funds, of which five have closed.

Our funds are made up of numerous individual commercial real estate properties. Each property has been hand-selected and fully underwritten by a team of commercial real estate experts, with the goal of producing optimal returns and providing tax benefits for our investors. We only choose high-quality properties with stable rental history and tenants from across a wide variety of industries and markets, in order to maximize diversification.
