Larson Capital Management, is pleased to announce the start of its newest Opportunity Zone project, The Oliver in Olivette, Missouri. Larson Capital Management will partner with Ridgehouse Capital, a St. Louis-based multifamily developer.

Olivette and neighboring Creve Coeur, MO are home to many biotechnology, high-tech, and health related businesses. The Oliver is centrally located to help provide market rate housing to many nearby job centers.

The Oliver boasts numerous amenities, including a vibrant pool and cabana area, sundeck, fitness center, 4,000 square foot club room, and on-site property management.

The residential development will feature units ranging from studio to 2-bed, 2-bath apartments, and will be located within the Ladue School District. Leasing is set to begin Fall 2021.
