A clear message lit up the skyline of St. Louis on May 17: HOPE. Hope for ourselves, for our loved ones, for our community and for our future.
The tower at 100 N. Broadway, a property managed by Larson Capital Management, lit up with the word HOPE late on the night of May 17. The maintenance crew facilitated the message to spread positivity and unity among the city residents.

“Our lead investor, Robert Hermann, felt it was necessary to put some positivity out into the world,” said Paul Larson, Managing Partner of Larson Capital Management. “The world is in a lot of tumult right now and while fear could certainly overwhelm people, we believe that some of the best things in life are bourne out of adversity.”
Larson Capital Management also has hope for the future of businesses and the real estate market in the area, despite the current circumstances. The private equity firm announced it had collected the majority of its rent for April, is currently leasing tenants, is participating in development and construction of new projects, and is actively hiring and eyeing growth amid the unprecedented modern pandemic.
“We’re not slowing down and we have hope for our future and are investing in many more projects in St. Louis and all around the country this year,” Larson said. “We wanted to share our optimism as we have seen firsthand how the people of St. Louis have unified around helping one another and are proud to call this city our headquarters.”
